Contractor's Right to Cure Brochure, PDF file - 2005 Wisconsin Act 201, the “Right to Cure Law,” (See act as PDF file) says that consumers at the time of contracting for construction or remodeling work must be provided with a brochure describing requirements for making any future claims of construction defects.
The
brochure is not a
substitute
