Compliance Measurement Statement:

The compliance rate is based on the combined performance measure of release detection and release prevention compliance for EPA significant operational compliance (SOC) as determined by on-site inspections; including release detection for emergency generator or back-up tanks.

Reported Universe Statement:
The universe of tanks included in this reporting meet the Comm 10 - Flammable and Combustible Liquids Administrative Code criteria that are "in-use" or "temporarily-out of-service" status; which include USTs 60 gallon capacity or larger and includes USTs that contain 1% by volume CERCLA substance.

Release Reporting:
