Individuals interested in securing growth financing for high-potential companies should attend the Wisconsin Early Stage Symposium, scheduled October 30-31, 2006 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, Madison. This event will offer both intensive coaching via a venture quest track and strategy sessions on raising angel, venture, grant, and debt capital.

SBIR Banquet Held in Conjunction
The SBIR Awards Banquet, which recognizes Wisconsin companies that have won federal Small Business Innovation Research awards over the past year, will be held the evening of October 30 as part of the Symposium. Individuals may register for the banquet alone and/or the entire conference at www.wisconsintechnologycouncil.com (click on <Symposium>). The event is organized by the Wisconsin Technology Council and sponsored in part by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce.
