Industrial Revenue Bond to Help Trimen Industries Inc. Expand, Create Jobs
Governor Jim Doyle recently announced that Trimen Industries, Inc. of Belgium will receive an Industrial Revenue Bond allocation of $3 million for an expansion project that will create 20 jobs and retain 30 jobs in Ozaukee County.
"Manufacturing is, and will continue to be, at the heart of Wisconsin's economy," Governor Doyle said. "And with technology, training, trade promotion, and new investment, we are working to innovate and modernize Wisconsin manufacturing. I'm pleased we could provide Trimen Industries with $3 million to create new jobs and investment in Ozaukee County." Founded in 1993 by Mike and Charlene Watry, Trimen Industries, Inc., is a custom machining, industrial painting and finishing contractor. It is constructing and equipping a 22,000-sq.-ft. addition to its facility. The project represents $3.2 million in total investment. "The Industrial Revenue Bond will be a great help in securing our future growth," said Mike Watry, President of Trimen Industries, Inc. "This type of financing allows Trimen Industries, Inc. to react to existing business opportunities by enlarging our building and purchasing more equipment." -- Tony Hozeny |
