The Bureau of PECFA is no longer actively managing a list of used remedial equipment on its website. The recently implemented Usual & Customary Cost Schedule no longer makes the tracking of used equipment on the web necessary. However, if used remedial equipment is sold, proceeds of the sale must be returned to PECFA per Wisconsin State Statute 101.143(5)(a) and the proceeds are deposited into the petroleum inspection fund.
