"Addressing Business Needs through an Active Retention and Expansion Program," will be the focus of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) spring conference which will be held May 3- 5 at the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center, Sheboygan. Anyone interested in learning about practical business retention and expansion applications should plan to attend this conference which will cover the waterfront, from manufacturing to retail, as it relates to a community's strategies and programming.

rate of $109.00, available until April 3, 2006. All members of the Wisconsin Downtown Action Council will receive the WEDA Membership Rate for this conference.

The Blue Harbor has extended the rate for Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6 to all attendees. Organizers note, "Spend the weekend with your family following the conference!"
