Governor Doyle has announced Mark Reihl as the Labor Representative appointee to the Wisconsin Development Finance (WDF) Board. Mark is the Executive Director of the Wisconsin State Council of Carpenters.

He joins the following members of the WDF Board:

Ralph Kauten, President/CEO of Quintessence Biosciences, Inc. in Madison. Quintessence is an early stage biopharmaceutical company focused on development of human therapeutics.

Darian Luckett, Vice President of US Bank, Business Banking Division.
He also served as the Executive Director to The Business Council in Milwaukee, which works with minority business development.

R.J. Twilegar, Chairman/CEO of Memorial Ventures.
He is a former Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Universidad San Francisco Department Quito.

Cheryl Weston, CEO/Chairperson of The Douglas Stewart Company, Inc. in Madison.

Mickey Judkins, Owner/President of Details, Inc.
Details, Inc. is a fine apparel and accessories retail store located in Eau Claire.

Sue Gleason, Liaison for the Department of Workforce Development.

Deborah Mahaffey, Assistant State Director of Wisconsin Technical College System.
