Housing Sees Increase In Federal Funding
The Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently announced that Wisconsin
will receive $50.5 million in Fiscal Year 2004, a 3-percent increase
over last year’s funding.
"The increase is certainly welcome,. especially given current government funding situations at all levels," said Commerce Bureau of Housing Director Marty Evanson said. "We are certainly pleased with the amount of funds allocated in 2004."
