The keynote speaker will be Stephen S. Poloz, Vice-President and Chief Economist of Export Development Canada (EDC). Poloz leads a diverse group at EDC responsible for assessing economic and political risk, as well as environmental and technical performance risk. He will provide an overview of global economic conditions from a fresh perspective. Afternoon breakout sessions will address Wisconsin Business Experiences in China, Creative International Marketing, and Homeland Security and Export Enforcement Issues.

The Governor's Export Achievement Awards and the Wisconsin Small Business Administration Exporter of the Year Award will be presented during the conference. The Wisconsin Department of Commerce's Overseas Office Directors will be available for one-on-one meetings at the conference.
