Governor
Appoints New Wisconsin Development Fund Board Members
Governor Doyle recently appointed the following new members to the WDF Board: Ralph Kauten, President/CEO of Quintessence Biosciences, Inc. in Madison. Quintessence is an early stage biopharmaceutical company focused on development of human therapeutics. Darian Luckett, Vice President of US Bank, Business Banking Division. Luckett also served as the Executive Director to The Business Council in Milwaukee which works with minority business development. R.J. Twilegar, Chairman/CEO of Memorial Ventures. Twilegar is a former Professor of Entrpreneurship at the Universidad San Francisco Department Quito. Cheryl Weston, CEO/Chairperson of The Douglas Stewart Company, Inc. in Madison. Mickey Judkins, Owner/President of Details, Inc. which is a fine apparel and accessories retail store located in Eau Claire. These members join Sue Gleason, Liaison for the Department of Workforce Development, and Deborah Mahaffey, Assistant State Director of Wisconsin Technical College System. -- Shelly Harkins |
