Community Based Economic Development (CBED) grant applications are due December 10, 2004 for 2005 funding. Funding is extremely limited and will focus on:

• projects that support activities designed to develop or expand tech-based incubators
• encourage projects that support activities designed to develop or further collaborative efforts to foster economic development
• target promising and innovative community-based organizations with limited access to other financial resources.
