Area Development
Managers: First Point of Contact for Businesses and Communities
Commerce's Area Development Managers (ADMs) are the key first point of contact for businesses, local development organizations, and communities. Each ADM serves a distinct geographical area and performs a wide variety of activities designed to promote the economic growth of Wisconsin. See map for the ADM in your region. ADMs use their knowledge of federal, state, and regional technical and financing resources to provide a variety of information to start-up, expanding or relocating firms. They also mobilize resources to help struggling businesses. Local economic development practitioners can turn to ADMs for assistance with long-term marketing and planning strategies.
