National Entrepreneurship Week 2008 Rishi Shah - Owner of Flying Cart
At age 25, Rishi first discussed his business plan for Flying Cart with the Wisconsin Entrepreneurial Network. Today Rishi has over 1,300 stores registered on Flying Cart and adds 10 to 30 new stores each day. "I started this company because I like building new products and constantly reinventing them. We have a cookie-cutter store creator wizard that get you up and running in under two minutes," said founder Rishi Shah, who was an innovation consultant at Accenture Technology Labs before creating Flying Cart (flyingcart.com). The two main goals of Flying Cart are to help small businesses quickly set up an on-line store, and to sell more of their products as quickly and easily as possible. Just as users add friends on social networks like My Space and Facebook, Flying Cart retailers create a network through collaboration with other retailers to increase traffic and sales. Learn how Rishi plans to take his e-commerce and store network to the next level and what it took to become one of America's Best Young Entrepreneurs by watching the webcast.
