 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998 Note that the UDC enforcement system changed January 1, 2005.  Statistical reporting before that date was recognized as incomplete because a good number of municipalities either were not enforcing the UDC or did not dutifully send copies to the Safety and Buildings Division of building permits or administrative building permits.   All municipalities in Wisconsin now have local, county, or state enforcement of the UDC and are part of the system of issuing building permits.  With that change, the accuracy of the UDC statistics here should improve, dependent upon the submittal to S&B by municipalities of building permit copies (the copies are forwarded by S&B to a company that computes the statistics shown here).  Amerifax statistical service, 262-255-7430.
