Here is a copy of the letter sent in September to municipal clerks and fire departments with information on the 2006 self-certifcation for Fire Department Dues funds.
Here are 2006 drafts of the Fire Department Dues Self-Certification
Audit form, the form cover letter, and an explanation of the
form. These are drafts; the content can be adjusted from expected
input of perspective form users. When mailed by S&B at the
end of 2005, these forms will be personalized to individual
municipalities and departments. The drafts show brackets where
there will be personalized information.

Schedules of Fire Department Dues Audit and Substantial Compliance Training
As of July 1, 2005, the
S&B Fire Coordinators have trained members of 816 Wisconsin fire
department in the new Fire Department Dues audit process, about 95
percent of the departments.
These training sessions
are not limited to the departments listed as attending. If other
departments or municipal clerks wish to attend, they are welcome.
If you wish to attend one of these sessions and did not receive and
invitation, please let the appropriate fire prevention coordinator know
what session you plan to attend.
