were sent for legislative review on July 25,
2008, relating to overall Safety and Buildings Division fees.
A Germane modification,
i.e. a change in the draft proposal, was sent
to the legislature on September 18. The modification reduced
by
half the proposed increase in plan review fees for public swimming
