emergency

The emergency rule establishes liability insurance obligations for
amusement rides.

provisions for amusement rides where passengers donning harnesses are

Program
Description: The Safety and Buildings
Division establishes and enforces
standards to protect the design, construction, and operation of
amusement rides and attractions. The division reviews plans for new
installations of non-portable amusement rides and provides
consultations and inspections to ensure safe operations.
Staff also inspect ski lifts and tows.
