IMPORTANT: As of July 1st, 2011, functions once performed by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce have been moved to other state agencies and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. The former Commerce web site will continue to exist for the next several months as resources are moved to new web site locations. For Immediate Release: September 18, 2009 The Department of Commerce has developed an Amendment to the State of Wisconsin Disaster Recovery Action Plan. The Department is providing the opportunity for citizens to comment on the draft Amendment to the Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before September 30, 2009. The Amendment will set forth the method of distribution of final $75 million of funds for the HUD-funded program. The Amendment is available at http://commerce.wi.gov/cd. Members of the public are invited to review the Amendment and provide written, faxed, or emailed comments by 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2009.
