U.S. Export Council Trade and Investment Mission to U.A.E.
Over three years, the Annual World CEO Forum has grown and become an important event to meet with principals, network, and establish business contacts in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) and other lucrative centers of the Middle East.  The fourth edition of this event takes place at the Jumeirah Beach Congress Center in Dubai, U.A.E. March 17-19, 2009.  U.S. businesses that join the mission will receive fully customized, one-on-one appointments with potential buyers, distributors, representatives, and business partners in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.  These individual meetings are arranged by Tejari, a company founded by the Government of Dubai and Dubai World.  Tejari is the largest online buyer network in the Middle East.

In the first nine months of 2008, U.S. exports to the U.A.E. were up 37 percent compared to the same period in 2007.  The U.A.E. was the fastest growing market among the United States' top 20 export markets.  Wisconsin ranks #13 among the 50 states in exports to the U.A.E. and shipped $204 million worth of products there in 2007.

Additional information about the event can be found at http://www.usexportcouncil.com/forum.html.
