The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection invites companies interested in exporting to Mexico to participate in the 2008 CIGAL Dairy Conference. CIGAL is Mexico’s premier purebred dairy cattle conference. It draws in the leading dairy producers, and feed, genetics, and equipment companies from throughout Mexico. The event is scheduled for July 9-11 in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Wisconsin companies providing the following products and services are invited to attend:
  • Genetics companies
  • Feed companies
  • Dairy and farm equipment manufacturers
  • Veterinary medicine suppliers
  • Livestock exporters
  • Consultants
This is a unique chance to meet dairy producers and representatives in the genetics, feed, equipment and dairy production industry.  Staff from the Wisconsin International Trade Team will be available to introduce you and provide consulting services.  Further information:  If you would like additional information, please contact Ms. Jen Pino-Gallagher, Economic Development Consultant at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, jen.pinogallagher@wisconsin.gov, ph: (608) 224-5125.
