The Impact of Globalization on National Law: Lessons for Wisconsin
The UW-Madison Center for World Affairs and the Global Economy (WAGE) is partnering with the Global Legal Studies Center to sponsor a series of workshops on law and globalization. These outreach workshops explore the effect of globalization on the increasingly blurred line between international and national law, focusing in particular on the growing presence of international law in our daily lives. The workshops are designed for local attorneys, policymakers, civil society groups, and any other interested groups. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit is pending.
