PECFA Occurrence Classification

Welcome to the PECFA Occurrence Classification Web-page.

The previous reporting period, which included Occurrence Classification, began May 1, 2005 and ended May 31, 2006. Therefore, as of June 1, 2006, the on-line reporting application for completing the Occurrence Classification is no longer available.

• To complete the current reporting requirement, access the on-line reporting webpage and application by clicking on the Contract Notification and Site Reporting link on the PECFA home page http://commerce.wi.gov/ER/ER-PECFA-Home.html or go directly to that reporting webpage by using the following link:  http://commerce.wi.gov/ER/ER-PECFA-SiteReporting.html

• Following is a link to a list of sites that are Tracked by Commerce, where the required Occurrence Classification Form has not been received (due date was on or before May 31, 2006):  Occurrence Classification Form Not Received.

• Following is a link to a list of sites that were Tracked by Commerce and the required Occurrence Classification Form was received on or before May 31, 2006, where the site was ranked as such that it is approved to continue moving towards closure only using activities included on the Usual & Customary Cost Schedule:  Occurrence Classification Form Received.

If a completed occurrence classification form was required to be submitted for your site/occurrence, but it was not done by the deadline, you may still do so by requesting a copy of the form from Renee' Dickey.
