PECFA Annual Site Reporting / Occurrence Classification Welcome to the PECFA Annual Site Reporting / Occurrence Classification Web-page. PECFA developed this Web-page to provide you with tools for a more efficient and effective reporting process. Below are a variety of links which will either direct you to the reporting application where you can enter and submit all required information directly on-line, or will provide you with tools which may help you to complete the reporting more efficiently. The current reporting period began May 1, 2005. The deadline for completion has been extended to on or before May 31, 2006. Financial penalties will result if occurrence classification is required as part of annual reporting for your site, and it is not completed by the deadline. Click on the link below to access the most recent list of open occurrences that are Tracked by PECFA that have not completed the required reporting. Petroleum releases that are not included on the list have either completed the required reporting, do not have a PECFA number established yet, or have been closed. The final column on the list indicates whether or not occurrence classification is required as part of the reporting process.
