Manufactured Housing Rehabilitation and Recycling Program

In December 2008, an award of up to $140,000 was made to Tomorrow's Home Foundation to administer the Manufactured Housing Rehabilitation and Recycling (MHRR) program. The MHRR program was created by the Governor and the state legislature to provide critical repair assistance to owners of manufactured homes, or to dispose of abandoned manufactured homes in an environmentally safe manner.

The program is funded through revenues collected from the titling of manufactured homes. Tomorrow's Home Foundation, located in Madison, has extensive expertise in the manufactured housing industry. THF has proven to be successful in creating partnerships throughout Wisconsin, and will be able to provide statewide coverage with MHRR funds.
