Food Trade Mission to Taiwan Food Export-Midwest and Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection are sponsoring a Focused Trade Mission to Taiwan, September 29 - October 1, 2008. The emphasis will be on bakery ingredients and processed fruits. Significant demand exists in Taiwan for additives/fortifiers, cereals and grains, frosting and decorations, flavorings, fillings, flour/mixes, blueberries, cherries, cranberries, and dried fruit. The participation fee is $475. Airfare, hotel, and personal expenses are not included. The Branded Program of Food Export-Midwest can cover 50 percent of some mission expenses incurred by qualifying companies.
