Helen Stewart New Executive Staff Assistant

It's a long way from Sydney, Australia to Madison, WI, but that's the route new Office of the Secretary Executive Staff Assistant Helen Stewart took to the Department of Commerce. An Australian native, Stewart, who now helps coordinate the scheduling and workload of Deputy Secretary Aaron Olver, Executive Assistant Chandra Miller Fienen and Chief Counsel Joe Thomas, moved to Wisconsin from Minnesota this past year with her husband, a Wisconsin native.

Throughout her 10-year career, Stewart worked in various industries – from fashion to real estate. Prior to joining Commerce she was an executive assistant at Atomic Waste, Minneapolis, MN.
