IMPORTANT: As of July 1st, 2011, functions once performed by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce have been moved to other state agencies and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. The former Commerce web site will continue to exist for the next several months as resources are moved to new web site locations. Small Business Regulatory Review Board Members Wisconsin Statute 15.03 creates the Small Business Regulatory Review Board, attached to the Department of Commerce that shall review the rules and guidelines of any state agency to determine whether there is an unnecessary burden placed on small business. The Wisconsin Small Business Regulatory Review Board (SBRRB) includes six representatives of small business, eight state agency representatives and one Senate and one Assembly representative.
