IMPORTANT: As of July 1st, 2011, functions once performed by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce have been moved to other state agencies and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. The former Commerce web site will continue to exist for the next several months as resources are moved to new web site locations. Act 125 Report for 2009

As required by the 2007 Wisconsin Act 125, the following reports details each agency's economic development programs, including awards made. Program descriptions, history, and accountability efforts are explained in the Program Descriptions pdf. Information on specific projects, including actual award amounts and job creation information, is available through the Interactive Project Data page.
