Diesel Idling Reduction Grant Program Resources

Commerce staff will utilize this webpage to provide a listing of diesel program resources.

Loan Program Announced

The Small Business Administration and the EPA SmartWay Program recently announced the National SmartWay Truck Loan Program. SmartWay is partnering with participating lenders to make loans available for small trucking companies to help pay for technologies that will save fuel and money, while reducing pollution. The factsheet provides a list of idle reduction vendors and manufactures. The Department of Commerce does NOT endorse idle reduction vendors, but provides the list as a resource for motor carriers.
